The Hilton Anaheim completed a dramatic $70-million dollar renovation in early 2009. The
renovation affected nearly aspect of this 1,572-room hotel, including

Club at Hilton Anaheim, is a 25,000-square-foot, full-service fitness

| Hornblower Cruises & Events welcomes guests aboard John Wayne’s former yacht, the Wild Goose |

| New Exhibits at the Discovery Science Center

Two new exhibits are finding their way to Southern California's Discovery Science Center in the coming weeks. Skeletons: El Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), which runs October 17 through November 8, will feature art and activities, while incorporating hands-on science lessons. Running simultaneously is another fun, learning exhibit. Are you an herbivore or a carnivore? Are fingertips useful for anything besides identification? What does your brain look like inside? Why do you yawn? Explore the answers to these questions and more as you make your way around the human body from head to toe with Head to Toe: All About Your Body, which runs October 3, 2009 through January 3, 2010. These two exhibitions will showcase the science under your skin in the time-honored, fun and educational manner that has become a Discovery Science Center staple.

| World Of Color Will Debut Spring 2010 at Disney's California Adventure® Park |
Disney's California Adventure® Park will add new attractions based on some of the most popular Disney and Disney-Pixar animated features during the next few years. World of Color is the next major milestone in the park’s expansion and will open in spring 2010. An indoor attraction based on “The Little Mermaid” is planned as is an entire exciting new land based on the “Cars” movie. The extensive theme park transformation will also include the retooling of the park’s entrance. The new entrance will have a California-themed shopping plaza with a 1920s look and feel to it.

The Strand, which opened early 2009, is a mixed-use development
overlooking the Huntington Beach Pier. Four distinct buildings linked
by open-air pedestrian walkways will offer stylish retail options and
popular dining establishments along with Shorebreak Hotel, a luxury
157-room boutique hotel by Joie de Vivre.

| OC Fair & Event Center Improvement Project |
The OC Fair & Event Center is undergoing a $25 million facility
improvement project, which includes: a 31,000-square-foot exhibit hall
with a aviation hanger design concept; an educational feature exhibit
called Al’s Brain, premiered at the 2009 OC Fair, featuring “Weird
Al” Yankovic; renovation of the Main Mall; creation of a breezeway
between Buildings 14 and 16; relocation and construction of a new
Administration building; backstage improvements at Pacific
Amphitheatre; a commercial kitchen for food service and a corporation

| Anaheim White House to Open West Wing |
Located close to the Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel
Stadium Anaheim and major hotels, the Anaheim White House restaurant is
constructing a new West Wing addition. The 1,800-square-foot West Wing
Banquet Hall is slated to be completed in late October or early
November 2009.

| 2010 All-Star Game To be Played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim |
The 2010 All-Star game will be played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim on
July 13, 2010. The 2010 season will mark the Angels 50th anniversary
and the 45th season that the team has played in Angel Stadium. The
2010 All-Star Game will be the third Midsummer Classic ever played in
Anaheim and the first since July 11, 1989. The other All-Star Game
played at the “Big A” was played on July 11, 1967 and was won by the
National League, 2-1, in a 15-inning contest, which is tied for the
most innings ever played in All-Star history.

| John Wayne Airport Continues Improvement Program |
John Wayne Airport
plans to bring new services and amenities as part of its Airport
Improvement Program to meet the needs of a growing number of annual
passengers. The program includes an update to existing facilities, the
addition of a 282,000 square foot third terminal (Terminal C), 2,000
more parking spaces, the addition of WiFi in all terminals and
additional concession and retail offerings. In addition, the Airport is
construction a Central Utility Plant that will generate chilled water
for the air conditioning system and electric power for the entire
Airport, including current and new facilities. All of this is expected
to be complete in late 2011 with a budget of approximately $543.1
million.
