Press trips are handled on an individual basis, and media rates or complimentary arrangements depend on time of year and availability.

To inquire about press tours, please complete the Press Trip Request Form and send a letter of assignment on company letterhead stating your requirements at least two weeks in advance of your planned visit with three copies of your most recent travel-related clippings.
