Historic Downtown Anaheim Incorporates New Urban Centers

CIM Group continues the construction of six mixed-use developments near Anaheim’s Center Street Promenade. This ongoing revitalization of Historic Downtown Anaheim will create a fresh, urban center featuring new residential neighborhoods (first occupancies were in 2006), historic preservation and restoration projects, The Muzeo (a new cultural center opened late 2007) and a master-planned downtown block for residential, retail and special event use.

Anaheim GardenWalk's Grand Opening

Major retail and entertainment space will open in June 2008, featuring popular retailers, more restaurants and a few OC originals: 24 Hour Fitness, Aveda, Banana Republic, Bar Louie, Defy Board Shop, Harley Davidson, Heat Ultra Lounge, OC Gift, White House/Black Market and XP Apparel. Anaheim GardenWalk Hotels

The final phase of this project will include 866 hotel rooms - set to open late 2010 with an additional 400-timeshare units. Hotel meeting space will include 36,000 square feet in one hotel and 14,000 square feet in the other hotel.

The Platinum Triangle Transformation Slated As Anaheim's New Urban Center

Construction continues on The Platinum Triangle in Anaheim. Envisioned as Orange County’s new downtown, it consists of 820 acres surrounding Angel Stadium and will be a vibrant, 24-hour, mixed-use, urban environment with more than 18,000 residences, restaurants, shops and commercial and office space. The first phase including the Stadium Lofts opened in January 2007, and the largest development, Lennar’s 40.6-acre A-Town.
