adding new landmark attractions and exciting urban developments.



The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk

The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk
is an outdoor shopping and dining experience set among beautifully manicured garden walkways within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center and the Disneyland Resort.

  • Size: 19.3 acres, including 440,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment
  • Projected cost: $600 million
  • More than 800 new hotel rooms and 400 new timeshare units proposed
  • The first phase included restaurants located along Katella Avenue, such as Bubba Gump, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, McCormick & Schmick Grill, P.F. Chang's and Roy's of Hawaii.
  • The grand opening in Spring 2008 included a new ultra lounge and popular retailers: Aveda, Banana Republic, Defy Board Shop, Harley-Davidson of Anaheim, OC Gift, White House|Black Market and XP Apparel.




Historic Downtown Anaheim

CIM Group continues the construction of six mixed-use developments near Anaheim’s Center Street Promenade. This ongoing revitalization of Historic Downtown Anaheim will create a fresh, urban center featuring residential neighborhoods, historic preservation and restoration projects, and a master-planned downtown block for residential and commercial use.

The MUZEO - New Cultural Center Now Open

  • Size: 20,000 square feet
  • Includes an exhibit hall, museum space and a history center
  • 2009 exhibits: The Color of Rock, featuring the art of Philip Burke, one of America's foremost artists and Monsters & Beasts, an exhibit displaying monsters from film reels and real-life.

  • 500 residential units and 60,000 square feet of retail space




The Platinum Triangle

Envisioned as Orange County’s new downtown, The Platinum Triangle consists of 820 acres surrounding Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, and will be a vibrant, 24 hour, mixed-use, urban environment including restaurants, shops, 18,000 residential units and commercial space.

First Project to Open - Stadium Lofts

  • Projected cost: $85 million
  • 390 condominiums for sale, ranging from $285,000 to $645,000

  • Size: 40.6 acres

  • 2,681 residential units, including high-rise towers more than 20 stories high
