Summer Recipes from the OC

Sunburn Mortini

 1 oz. Malibu Rum
.5 oz. Peach Schnapps
.5 oz. White Creme de Cacao
Splash of Pineapple
Splash of OJ

Shake ingredients over ice in a martini shaker and pour into a chilled glass with a splash of grenadine already in it. This yellow cocktail turns red as it mixes in the glass.
