Stonehill Tavern's Lychee Martini at the St. Regis Resort Monarch Beach

Lychee Gimlet


1 ½ oz. Tanqueray 10
½ oz. Cointreau
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lychee juice

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass with ½ sugar rim and lychee slice garnish.
