  • Assist management with floor plan and communicating with daily on-call staff

    Sales Coordinator Position-Radisson Suites Hotel Buena Park

    Sales Coordinator for Rooms Sales Office. Providing professional and proficient clerical and administrative support to the sales process. Assist in soliciting, developing, and maintaining accounts in all markets. Working and developing special projects for the Management Team, i.e. telemarketing, direct mailing, and flyer distribution, event organizing and planning. Will work with client to book, organize and create functions such as Cooperate meetings, student group blocks, weddings, ect. A high level of detail and accuracy is needed.

    Job Requirements:
    Not limited to the following: Enter and review group and corporate functions and VIP Accounts, type correspondence, proposals, contracts, memos, etc. Will be trained on Hotel Computer systems and expected to become proficient in there operations. Detailed reporting and tracking will be necessary for all accounts. Position is very detailed and accuracy is a must. Professional phone manners and skills are necessary. Must be self motivated with an eagerness to be developed to grow within the company.
