Southern California Military Discounts

In honoring the sacrifices and services made by the men and women of our armed forces - past and present - many Southern California organizations have put together special packages or discounts. If you don't see your favorite Anaheim/Orange County establishment on this page try contacting the organization directly to see what type of military discounts they may have to offer. ENTERTAINMENT
All active military personnel can receive the Flightdeck Air Combat Center's "Hero Discount" on a $69 Delta Mission (1 hour session in the simulator) for $55, a savings of $14 (more than 20% off).

The Orange County Performing Arts Center is offering military groups of 15 or more receive a 25% discount for our 2009-2010 Broadway series Tues/Wed/Thur/Sun Evenings. Valid for the last 2 price levels.

300 Anaheim Bowling & Entertainment Center is offering service men and women a discounted bowling rate of $5 per game, including shoes.

Through Disney’s Armed Forces Salute, active and retired U.S. military personnel, including active members of the United States Coast Guard and National Guard or Reserves, are eligible for a complimentary, multiday admission into the Disneyland® Resort theme parks, and have the opportunity to book rooms at one of the three Disneyland® Resort hotels at special rates. During the offer period, which has been extended through September 30, a 3-day companion ticket can be purchased for up to five family members or friends for the price of an adult 1-Day Park Hopper ticket.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Aliso Creek Inn is offering a rate of $128.

The Anabella Hotel offers a military discount most of the time. The rate can vary but most of the time is $130 for standard rooms and suites.

Discount offered to the military at the Ayres Anaheim Hotel is $89 and is available through the end of the year.  Rate is subject to availability.

The coastal Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort offers a military rate of Military rate is $128 - $199 per night, based on availability. (The range is according to weekday vs. weekend)  There is no expiration date, but as with all rates at the resort, it can be subject to change.  The rates are offered to both active military and retired vets, with proper military ID to be presented at time of check-in. The resort  includes free children’s activities at the pool on the weekends (balloon art, face painting, temporary/airbrushed tattoos), free meals for children under 12 (from the kid’s menu), and more.

With valid military ID, the Howard Johnson Anaheim is offering 10% discount off room rates. That discount never expires, and it is good all year round. Additionally, the discount is good on up to two rooms per military ID.

The Hotel Menage currently has a government rate of $109 flat per night. This rate is available throughout the remainder of the year.

The Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort is offering military personnel vouchers that they can purchase at the ITT office in the Military Base. There is also a special promotion to reservations booked through ITT office called the  “Food & Beverage Gift Card Promotion.” Guests will get $50 gift card when they stay 2 nights, $75 for 3 nights stay and $100 for 4 nights or more. The guest can redeem the gift card at the hotel’s restaurants, Bars and Room Service (Only redeemable at our hotel food outlets). Promotion is good through December 18, 2009.

The South Coast Winery Resort & Spa offers the following military discounts:
1.  Villas - 10% off Rack Rates.
2.  Tasting Room - Tastings at $6 and also extend a 10% off purchases.
3.  Spa – We offer a 20% Military discount at our fabulous GrapeSeed Spa.
4.  Restaurants - We offer a 10% Military discount at both restaurants.

OUTDOORS
The Oak Creek Golf Club has a public service rate that is $60 Monday-Thursday and $80 Friday-Sunday for all public service including military, law enforcement and fire men and women.

Discount to military on any OC Wildlife & Beach Tour (EcoTour): $5 off adult price, $3 off child’s price (4-12).  Valid until 12/31/09

Orange County: California's Golf Coast is offering an $89 "OCC Trail" card that has a $50% off certificate that pays for the card in one use.  ALSO gives each card member 28 rounds of golf (4 rounds at each of the 7 courses listed at 30% off) representing more than $900 in value.

Dana Wharf Sportfishing & Whale Watching extends military discounts to ACTIVE members every day of the week. Discount is $5 off the adult price for any of the available trips. Additionally, ITT extends further reductions. Visit your ITT Ticketing Office on base for reservations and availability.
  
RV PARKS
Anaheim Harbor RV Park offers a 10% military discount year round.

Anaheim Resort RV Park offers a 10% discount to members of the active military with current identification.

SERVICES
Forget Me Not Services, a gift-giving service, is offering a 10% discount to any of our military personnel.

Mollycoddlers, LLC, a childcare service, offers 20% off booking fees for Military, Fire and Police families and a 10% for large events.

SHOPPING
Some of the 5 POINTS PLAZA shopping center's independent service establishments  have varying specials for military staff. Call or check with the stores in person for details.
