Alaska Airlines Vacations Visit 2009

Event Dates:  May 5-7, 2009

The mission is to visit the Alaska Airlines Vacations travel agents for a 1 day follow-up from their Anaheim OC Appreciation Weekends last January and February.  We will fly to Seattle, Washington to greet and meet the agents, show our appreciation, host a tradeshow, present them with new Anaheim/OC information, and reward them with an after-office cocktail hour. 

Past participants have included Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hilton Anaheim, Holiday Inn Buena Park Hotel & Conference Center, Knott’s Berry Farm® Resort Hotel, Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, The Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort, Tropicana Inn & Suites / Camelot Inn & Suites, Howard Johnson Plaza, Karmel Shuttle, Peacock Suites, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Southern California Gray Line, Disneyland, Anabella Hotel, SeaWorld, Universal Studios Hollywood, Best Western Stovall's, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo.

Participation Cost is $650.00 per person and includes the following:

• 2 nights accommodation at the DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport - Hotel provides complimentary airport transfers (24 hour service)
  

• Transportation to/from Alaska Airlines Vacations office from/to DoubleTree Hotel, via taxis.
• Anaheim Orange County hosted "Happy Hour Social" for Alaska Airlines Vacations staff at Seaports Lounge which will include cocktails, appetizers, and an 'interactive' activity
