AOCVCB Southwest AAA Sales Mission 2009

AAA Southwest 06

Event Dates:  April 20 - 23, 2009

The mission is to visit top travel outlets and the AAA offices in Las Vegas and Arizona in a 3-day period.  The objective is to use a full sized motor coach as a traveling trade show where the travel professionals will board and visit with each Anaheim/Orange County representative.

Past participants have included Anaheim Desert Palm Inn & Suites, Castle Inn & Suites, Courtyard Anaheim, Crowne Plaza Hotel at Commerce Casino, Hilton Hotels of Garden Grove/Anaheim, Holiday Inn Buena Park Hotel & Conference Center, Holiday Inn Select La Mirada, Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel, Sheraton Anaheim Hotel, Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, Super 8 Motel, The Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort, Tropicana Inn & Suites / Camelot Inn & Suites and Wyndham Anaheim Park Hotel.

Sales Missions and Trade Show list



Participation Cost is $1,295.00 per person and includes the following:
Coach and Driver for entire trip
One night hotel accommodation in Las Vegas
Snacks for Traveling Road show on Coach for guests & participants
Co-host luncheon at the AAA Call Center in Phoenix
Two-night hotel accommodation in Phoenix
Group lunch during mission

The sales mission participation fee is $1,295 inclusive of transportation, hotels and events.

Monday, April 20th
06:30 Hrs       Depart Anaheim Resort area for Las Vegas
10:30 Hrs       Stop for breakfast and briefing at State Line
12:00 Hrs       Arrive Vegas ready for first stop
12:30 Hrs       Visit AAA offices in Las Vegas area
18:45 Hrs       Check into hotel/ Evening on own!
 
Tuesday, April 21st
07:00 Hrs       Check out/Depart Hotel
09:30 Hrs       Stop - break
12:00 Hrs       Lunch Stop (on own)
14:00 Hrs       AAA Arizona area office visits
18:00 Hrs       Check in to Hotel
Evening          On own


Wednesday, April 22nd
07:45 Hrs       Depart to Phoenix AAA
08:15 Hrs       Scottsdale AAA offices
10:45 Hrs       Phoenix AAA call center office
11:00 Hrs       Host lunch for staff
13:15 Hrs      Visit other AAA offices
17:30 Hrs       Arrive back at Hotel

Thursday, April 23rd
07:00 Hrs       Check out of hotel – load bus - depart back to Anaheim
