The Guy Takayama Longboard Pro Am competition will be held on the south side of Huntington Beach Pier April 18-20. The Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Huntington Beach Open will be held just south of the Huntington Beach Pier by Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street May 1-4. The US Open of Surfing, which is held July 18-27, is a mixture of various action sports as competitions are also held in skate, BMX and freestyle motorcross
For headline entertainment, exhibits, carnival rides, delicious food and everything in between, the 116th Annual Orange County Fair (July 11-Aug. 3.) in Costa Mesa. Thousands of visitors and locals, from all walks of life, attend the annual event. The fair has a photo-driven theme this year with the appropriately-enough tagline, “Say Cheese!”
