• Bowers Museum is presenting "Passages: Photographs of Africa by Carol Beckwith and Angela Fisher," displaying through August 16, 2009.

• Anaheim's MUZEO hosts three diverse and creative traveling exhibitions annually, which normally would not be displayed in the region.
  
• Discovery Science Center's new Science of Hockey opens March 2009
